Typical Schedule:

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Knowledge of dental insurances

Master the ins and outs of dental insurance_
Utilize Open Dental software like a pro
Deliver top-notch customer service that leaves a lasting impression_
Schedule patients with ease and efficiency
Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient_
Ensure smooth and friendly patient checkouts
Audit patient accounts with precision_
Stay on top of treatment plans, follow-ups, and patient cancellations to keep everything running smoothly

Lead the day-to-day operations focus on creating a positive, efficient, and well-organized environment, including staff scheduling, ongoing training, and performance development

Keep the office fully stocked and running smoothly by managing inventory and building strong relationships with vendors for dental supplies and equipment

Champion health and safety standards by ensuring full compliance with regulations and maintaining top-tier infection control practices

Address patient concerns with care and professionalism, always striving for quick resolutions that leave patients feeling valued and heard

Collaborate seamlessly with dentists and the clinical team to drive the office towards meeting and exceeding production and efficiency goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and success

Experience:

  • Dental receptionist: 1 year (Required)
  • Dental office manager: 1 year (Required)
  • Dental terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Treatment Planner: 1 year (Required)
